Thank you for using our Design Automator service (“Design Automator”). By using Design Automator you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them very carefully.

References to “you” or “your” are references to any person accessing Design Automator and references to “we”, “us” or “our” are references to Design Automator Limited, or any affiliate as appropriate.

The following specific restrictions on your use of Design Automator apply in all circumstances, but are not exhaustive:

1. You must only use Design Automator in connection with your employer’s own business purposes.

2. You must only use Design Automator with the compatible Internet browser which is Microsoft Internet Explorer.

3. You must not copy, cut and paste, email, reproduce, publish, distribute, redistribute, broadcast, transmit, modify, adapt, edit, abstract, create derivative works of, store, archive, publically display, sell or in any way commercially exploit any part of Design Automator.

4. You must not combine, merge or otherwise permit Design Automator (or any part of it) to become incorporated in any other program, or arrange or create derivative works based on it.

5. You must not attempt to decompile the underlying software (or any part of it) that is used to provide Design Automator.

6. You must not observe, study or test the functioning of the underlying software (or any part of it) that is used to provide Design Automator.

7. You must only access Design Automator and associated data via the specified URL in conjunction with your username, password and verification code. You accept that any attempt to access Design Automator or associated data by any other means is strictly prohibited.

8. You must keep confidential and not share with any third party your password or access details provided to facilitate access to Design Automator.

9. You must not introduce any software virus or other malware (including any bugs, worms, logic bombs, Trojan horses or any other self-propagating software or other such program) that may infect or cause damage to Design Automator’s systems or otherwise disrupt the provision of Design Automator.

10. We reserve the right to monitor your usage of Design Automator (by way of audits or otherwise).

11. In the event of any unauthorised use of Design Automator, we reserve the right to deny you access to Design Automator by blocking your access without prior notification.

12. We are entitled at any time to make any changes to Design Automator which are necessary to comply with all Applicable Law and/or security requirement(s), which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Design Automator service.

13. We will comply with our obligations under relevant Data Protection laws. You agree that both we and our employees may hold your names and other information in a computerised database. You agree that such data may be processed in any country of the world and may, in certain circumstances, be supplied to and processed by our suppliers, to enable the provision and maintenance of Design Automator. You acknowledge that we may, from time to time, be required under regulations or legislation to monitor your use, co-operate with or disclose data to government or other bodies or authorities.

14. We do not guarantee that the Internet (upon which your use of Design Automator relies) will always function without disruptions, delay or errors. In addition, a number of factors may impact the quality or reliability of your telecommunications and Internet connectivity (and therefore your use of Design Automator) including without limitation: your local telecommunication network, your firewall, your internet service provider and the bandwidth which you use to connect to the Internet. You agree that we are not responsible for any disruption, interruption or delay caused by any failure or inadequacy in any of these items or any other items over which we have no control. 

These terms apply in addition to (and not in lieu of) any agreement between us and our Client with which you are employed, affiliated or associated.
